“Marketing is not a task, it is an ongoing process that requires constant attention and adaptation.” – Jay Baer
Adapting
Jay Baer helps to remind us that as marketers, we are constantly adapting and must be fluid within our professions. Just as marketing is an ongoing process, so is our plan and the need for us to pivot. As marketers, we must be able to create a marketing plan for our clients that can also adapt and modify as aspects around us change. A marketing plan is easily described as a strategic and detailed roadmap that is used to measure the success of the marketing strategies that have been put in place. A marketing plan can include anything from a blog, social media platform, events and even television ads.
